Shipping
Orders are carefully packed and shipped using reliable postal services. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.

For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If an order is not collected by the buyer and is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by the postal carrier, although we will always do our best to assist if an issue arises.

Returns
Our goal is to provide clear descriptions and detailed measurements so that returns are rarely necessary. However, if an exceptional situation occurs, please contact us by email (store@kissavintageparis.com) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

International Orders
For orders shipped outside the European Union, all sales are considered final and we do not accept returns.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
